CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit at the tariffs applicable according to season
Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken
Rooms must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure
The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for the loss of guests property unless handed in for safe custody
In the event you find it necessary to cancel your booking;

Up to 7 days before - No Fee and Deposit refunded
Up to 48hours before - Deposit will be retained
Less than 24hours - 100% of the booking will be charged using the card details given at the time of deposit.

When booking your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract and its recommended that you take out holiday insurance cover.
